Here are some typical sheets you might need.

Barbecue / Pot Luck / Bake Sale

Create a slot for each item you need, such as:

• appetizers
• salads
• munchies
• entrées
• desserts
• drinks

Be as specific or general as you like. Create multiple slots for items you need more of (like potato salad).

Bunco / Poker / Bowling

Create a slot for each person you have room for. You may want to create slots for alternates, if needed.

Booth Duty / Shifts

Create a slot for each time or date where you need a volunteer. You may need to create multiple slots for each shift.
